Feeding, winding and sleeping issues. 😭😢

My 11 day old has issues with feeding, winding and sleeping.
Feeding - she guzzles her bottle! Even if I sit her up straight, keep her bottle level, use anti colic bottles and break her off the bottle when she stops to take a breath, she decides to ‘choke’ on it. She stops breathing and then does a little whoop sound and then coughs and splutters. I feed her whenever she wants, which is usually between 1-2hrs after her previous bottle. 😕 (A midwife has recommended variflow teats instead of the newborn ones.)
When she does feed she’ll mostly take 2oz, 3 if I’m lucky and 4 in extreme cases (usually resulting in part of the bottle coming back up). She falls asleep mid feed too Leading to a wasted bottle and the next feed being sooner.
Winding is a nightmare. I can usually get 2 burps out of her but then it feels near impossible to get anymore. This is even harder at night for some reason and leads to very unsettled baby, stirring and wriggling most of the night.
She sleeps ok during the day despite noise and light, but when it comes to evening (again I think a lot of this is due to trapped wind) she is very unsettled. She seems to prefer noise and light because when we turn off tv and lights again she begins to stir.

Any recommendations on how best to feed baby to combat the issues mentioned? Same for the winding and sleeping. Anything will be much appreciated!

I would have a try of the varied low tests and also look up paced feeding, either should help.

As for the wind, look on YouTube for the Tiger in the Tree Hold, that usually works.

If she's falling asleep mid feed, have you tried changing her nappy then trying again?

If she likes noise, try sone white noise. There's lots on YouTube and you can get apps for your phone.

Things like swaddling or putting her in a sling might help her to settle too.
