How much milk for 13 month old?

So intrigued about this as I keep finding inconsistent advice online. Currently waiting for health visitor to come and do baby's 12 month visit so need to ask her advice.
However I've been getting a lot of mixed opinions from family and friends re how much cows milk is needed after baby turns one.

We seem to have settled into a pattern of an am and pm bottle of 7oz each. I was also adding in 7oz in afternoon however found that this just fills her up too much so she often refused dinner.
Is there a specific amount of cows milk needed at this age? I've had some criticism from family saying she isn't getting enough but online it says in some places they don't even need it if they're getting lots of calcium in diet. Thanks in advance!

I've been told it doesn't matter how much, if their diet is rich in calcium then it doesn't matter too much, but if not then drinks throughout the day will help. I was still breastfeeding at the time though.

DS now 23 months and will go some days with very little calcium, and then days when he'll have 6 cups of milk, yogurts etc.

Water and milk are the maim drinks they're told to have, so I wouldn't worry. What you're doing now sounds fine.

Approx 350mls is recommended or 2 portions of dairy or a mix of both

NHS advice:

Feeding your baby: from 12 months

Your child will now be eating 3 meals a day containing avariety of different foods, including:

  • a minimum of 4 servings a day of starchy food, such as potatoes, bread and rice
  • a minimum of 4 servings a day of fruit and vegetables
  • a minimum of 350ml milk or 2 servings of dairy products (or alternatives)
  • a minimum of 1 serving a day of protein from animal sources (meat, fish and eggs) or 2 from vegetable sources (dhal, beans, chickpeas and lentils)

Your child may also need 2 healthy snacks in between meals.
