Breast feeding and medication for overactive bladder

Has anyone had to take oxybutinin or other anti-spasmodic medication for an overactive bladder? It's not been tested but my specialist is happy to give it to me as my bladder is very bad. Obviously I'd rather not, but my options are limited and none of them ideal. Would love to hear any other experiences of treating/managing an overactive bladder whilst breastfeeding.

Checked in british national formulary and it is transmitted in breast milk and manufacturers say best avoided.

Thanks Vole3 that's useful. They've told me it's not officially recommended because they can't test as not ethical to test drugs on babies in this way, but that it does get prescribed in some cases and anecdotal evidence is that it doesn't cause problems. I will almost certainly refuse this course of treatment till after bf but as my other options also aren't great, would be interested to know if anyone else has been in this position.
