Weird thing my baby does after feeding

I have a 9 week old who is a very efficient breast feeder (10 minutes every 4 hours completely on demand, I have never scheduled her) she's putting on plenty of weight and has lots of wet nappies so I'm not worried about whether she is getting enough. She also never moves on to second boob (I can easily pump 6oz from one boob in 15 minutes and I would say she her suck and swallow speed is similar to that of a pump she literally doesn't pause for breath (I know babies don't need to like us)

Anyway, for the last couple of weeks she's started acting hilariously at the end of a feed. She will slow down her speed and may pause altogether, she then sucks hard and pulls her head back so she pops off loudly (and painfully) a few times, she hums and moans really loudly, she will then started wiggling about and licking (she has a long tongue!) my nipple as if it were a particularly tasty ice cream. Her hand bashes about furiously hitting my boob and chest. At first i thought she'd drained my boob and was signalling to swap but when I do swap her she refuses it. If I take her off too soon before this weird display finishes (5 minutes sometimes!) she will protest very loudly. Sometimes she will have a few more minutes of sucking but usually if I allow this she will sick up over my nipple as if she's overdone it. In fact, if I feed her before 4 hours or before she's given me hunger cues, or try to comfort feed her in anyway she will sick it up. Midwife said it's because she's so full.

It's so funny and very odd, she looks like she's in pure heaven with big smiles and eye rolling, making very loud contented noises but I want to know if this normal behaviour?!
