Help, is this normal?!

I am new to this so forgive me if I sound silly. I have a 6 month old and has always been on the smaller side. He now has gone off milk completely, i have to feed him when he sleeps, only time he will drink a little. He drinks around 3-4 oz ever 3-4 hours. Is this normal? I have started solids and well he hates it. He is not much of a eater. I find myself constantly stressed out, crying a lot and feeling alone. Anyone else going through the same?

I'd definitely contact health visitor and explain the situation. For your sake as much as your babies as I feel you need to be reassured you're doing everything you can. Also if you live in U.K. Sure start offer weaning advice groups which are for free. Contact your local sure start centre and ask to be booked onto one.

Thank you so much for your advice, I have been to the doctors and have spoken to health visitor. I am joining a mums group, I didn't know the existed! I moved houses when my baby was 2 months old so I have been all over the place with no family support. I hope the health visitor can help! Thanks again x

Just wanted to add if you go to baby group first time and not like it please try again. The first time I went I didn't enjoy it and felt very out of place. I persisted and now going to a couple of groups a week and they're the highlights of my weeks 😄

Thank you so much for your advice, I felt the same when I went, going again in a few days to give it another shot. I felt soooo out of place, a lot of mothers seemed so composed and there was me outwardly fine but inside anxiety had crept in. I really appreciate you replying, means a lot xx
