1 year olds milk intake

I have just read that 1 year olds should be drinking around 16oz cows milk a day. My little girl is 16 months she has a 9oz bottle at bedtime and milk in her breakfast cereal or porridge. I thought that was enough? I feel so bad, I don't offer it to her in the day I only really give her water in her 360 cup. Is this really bad? She eats really well so I don't give her vitamins but she does pick up colds and things which I'm assuming is from nursery!
I will start to give her more milk now through the day but I just feel really worried now that she hasn't been having enough!

Not sure where you've read that one OP. In the UK it's recommended that they have 10 floz of full fat cow's milk a day between 12 and 24 months.

It's also recommended to give them a multi vitamin too Smile

This guide from the Caroline Walker Trust gives a bit more information which you might find helpful.

Can I ask where you read that they need16 floz? Smile
