Do you have a 1 yo OP and are you concerned?

Just want to see if he's eating enough or too much and also more ideas on what to give him.

My 13 month old does not eat very much.
Bite of toast breakfast
Half a cracker
Baby cereal
Banana
2 spoons of dinner

We are seeing therapists for it.

7-8am weetabix/porridge or scrambled eggs on toast

11-12pm a portion of whatever dinner we are having if we are home or a meal at nursery

3pm snack such as fruit/yogurt or cheese and crackers

5pm evening meal and fruit or yoghurt

7pm 9oz bottle to sleep

Another bottle through the night when he wakes

Hi my PFB is 15 months and he can be a bit hit and miss with the amount he eats I put some of it down to teething as he seems to eat less when a tooth is coming we have found.

Breakfast
Wheetabix with banana - he'll eat about 1/2
Or porridge about 6 possibly 8 baby spoons
Mix of fruit - strawberries/raspberries and grapes / melon
Sometimes a few bites of toast

Morning snack -1 of these (he usually only has a few bites)
Cracker
Rice cake
Rice biscuit
Fruit

Lunch
Cheese stick or babybel and cherry tomato
Few bits of a rice cracker
Hummus and breadsticks - frankly he just sucks the hummus from the stick Grin
Some yogurt and fruit again and sometimes a bite of my sandwich (I've tried to give him a sandwich before and he just opens them up and eats the filling Confused)
Sometimes I'll give him soup or maybe spaghetti hoops / left overs ie stew / casserole- again he'll only have a few spoons

Afternoon snack -1 of these (he usually only has a few bites)
Fruit
Rice cake

Dinner
Cheese stick
Whatever we are having - he'll only have a few bites

Hope that helps?

My now 4 year old ate barely anything at 13 months. Was far more interested in milk. He started nursery at 13 months so started eating more but even now he still has a fairly small appetite compared to other kids. But is perfectly healthy.

My 15 month old is an eating machine and has been since he was 6 months old. All kids are different.

Today they had shreddies and milk and buttered toast for breakfast. 4 year old ate everything, 15 month old had most of his shreddies and a bite of toast.

Normally they would have a morning snack but we had a lie in today so we didn't bother.

Lunch was ham sandwich, cheese cubes, cucumber and pepper. He ate the ham out of his sandwich and a few bites of bread and cucumber. Then a yoghurt.

Afternoon snack was raisins and an oat biscuit.

Dinner was fish fingers, carrots, peas, sweet corn and potato waffle. He had most of his fish finger and veg. Then a few spoonfuls of custard.

His favourite dinners are spag bol and chilli and rice. He's also partial to chicken and sweet potato korma with rice and loves a roast dinner. Noodles and stir fry also go down well. He'll try pretty much anything though. Older brother is much more fussy but thankfully loves veg and fruit so overall they both have a pretty good diet.

Have a read of [[https://www.cwt.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/CHEW-1-4YearsPracticalGuide3rd-Edition.pdf this guide from the Caroline Walker Trust]. It has sample menus and portion sizes Smile
