Discarding feeds

Sure this has been asked but can't find the right search words to find the answer.
The Hipp Organic tub states 'use made up feeds immediately and discard anything left over at the end of the feed or 2 hours after preparation'
Does this mean I can feed him and if he doesn't finish it I can keep it for up to 2 hours at room temp to see if he wants the rest in a bit? Or does it mean I can keep it once prepared at room temp for up to 2 hours until he's ready for it, then discard immediately afterwards?
All the advice online is conflicting. Some sites say throw away immediately, some say can keep for 1 hour, some say 2 hours, some start spouting some 30 year old info about putting them in the fridge for 2 days. Worried I've been doing this wrong for months!

Once the feed is made you have 2 hours to use it. I use to worry about going over the 2 hours but was told legally they've added 2 hours because the formula companies didn't want people leaving the milk feeds out too long, so they shortened it to be in the safe side and recommended by the legal teams. My friend baby's was prem and the hospital told her no longer than 3 hours.

I use hipp organic as well - i do the same as love, if a feed isn't used I keep it for up to 2 hours.

The NHS guidance says that you should throw away any unused formula or breastmilk (expressed) after a feed. You can make up formula in advance though and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

"If made-up formula is stored:

in a fridge – use within 24 hours
in a cool bag with an ice pack – use within four hours
at room temperature – use within two hours"
