Vomiting after breastfeeding

My DD is just over 5 weeks and we have been combination feeding her since she was about 2 weeks old.
She is predominately breastfed but my OH will have her in the evening 8-12 so I can get some sleep. During this time he will formula feed her and sometimes occasionally he will give her a bottle in the morning if I have had a particularly bad night.
She's always been fine with going from bottle to breast.
However recently she's started to be sick after breastfeeding. It's not every time I feed her but it's quite often and it's not just a little bit, it's all of the milk in her stomach.
She also often seems to have stomach ache... she will be straining, red in the face and doesn't really like to be laid down. I've thought that this is probably colic?
Could it be linked to the vomiting?
Also, she will be hungry again after she's sick. Should I feed her after she has been sick?
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
Thank you x

Really sorry, I have no clue on that one. Have you tried calling one of the BFing Helplines?

I would try keeping her upright for 10-15 mins after a feed, also if she is sick and starts to offer hunger cues, offer more milk. Doesn't sound like colic from what you have said tbh, what's her weight like?

Reflux? The not wanting to lie down sounds like it might be possible.

Are you winding her well, and regularly, and keeping her upright after feeds?

The straining red face sounds like infant dyschezia and is linked to bowel movement. Completely normal and nothing to worry about, it will resolve itself with age x
