Baby feeding endlessly on an evening. Normal?

I have 14 week old (8 weeks corrected) twins. They are both ebf.

For the last week my girl twin has been feeding endlessly at night. They’ve been going to bed at 7pm and she is feeding none stop until past 10pm. Sometimes I’ll think she’s had enough and fallen asleep, but if I try and put her down she screams!

She also gets really fussy after first hour, latching on and off boob and sometimes crying. She’s also vomiting and then wanting to feed again. Tonight she’s soaked herself, my dress and the bed with sick and immediately wanted to feed again.

I’m at my wits end...help!

@ Nonomore2 thank you. You’re kind words
are much appreciatedSmile I downloaded the wonder weeks app and it is terrifyingly accurate!

@villianousbroodmare. I am having a lot of count to ten moments this week. Funnily enough when I passed her to DH he had her asleep in 15 minutes and she slept until 5am!

@KathyBates They’ve started only going 4/5 hours again now. There’s no rhyme or reason to their feeding atm. I do hold her upright when there’s an actual end to her feeding, but atm she’s feeding constantly and vomiting whole doing so if that makes sense?

@blueskiesandforests. She had a tounge tie snipped while we were still in NICU. I didn’t know that about vomiting and acid! That would make sense though.

@SnuggyBuggy. I haven’t tried that. She feeds fine for ages before she starts getting fussy. I think she’s getting enough milk as my supply is pretty good and when she vomits she brings up torrents!

I have a lactation consultant coming out at the weekend. Fingers crossed they will be able to help.

@Perfectpeony. I think she does have a touch of reflux. Her twin has it really badly. She’s not that fussed about dummies. She’ll suck one for a bit but not with much enthusiasm. Thank you. It is hard work atm and I need to remind myself to keep going.
