Can’t see the point in this boil ltr of water and wait half an hour business from the back of the pack. when I have a kettle that will heat to any temperature. So does anyone know how hot the water has to be when you add the powder? Baby is 9 months so not sure it’s crucial but he’s been ebf until now so I’m a bit clueless!
Any advice very much appreciated! Thanks!

At least 70 degrees - there’s no reason why you can’t do it as soon as the kettle boils.

That's not what the pack says! It says wait "up to 30 minutes". Any longer than that and the water would be too cold.
It's fine to boil the kettle and use that water straight away (although obviously you'd have to cool the bottle down before giving it to the baby!)
