Yes, sounds like a growth spurt which has stimulated your supply and your milk is shooting out too strongly for baby. It's like a hose pipe for them.
I had this with my first - and now with second except he's a bigger baby so is starting to adapt to it.
Look up biological nurturing as a different position to feed in; also babies feed best if ears and head in line with body, head free to pull back if needed and feet or a knee able to push on something - use cushions or pillows to get yourself comfy, rest an elbow on and for baby to push on or if they're lying down your body they can push on your legs etc. They like tummy to tummy; this can also help bring up burps.
I found feeding lying down the best way with my first; biological nursing this time seems better.
Have a small muslin to catch your let down in (the first shooting out bit ) and flow calm down before a feed. You'll need to pull baby off when you feel it coming - my first protested loudly, this one is more amenable, try not to feel to stressed by that yelling as it does give a better feed.
If baby has swallowed a load of air try walking around with her and winding her - she may need to calm down before she will let it go though. I've had to put him in the sling sometimes to both get burps up and calm down before we can feed. They're sometimes better if they're sleepy, but worse if very tired so a short cuddled nap and then rouse to feed can be helpful.
Forget the potions I too bought them all again this time it doesn't help the main issue. And might make any reflux worse.
If you can find someone who could assess for posterior tt too that might be helpful.
this time my let down is even stronger but my son also has reflux so it's been a battle. He has been put on ranitidine as his puking can be quite severe - half of it is unfortunately my let down, half an immature gut muscle.
The bottom wind at this age is tough - it does pass. Google lots of baby tummy massages and do they regularly.
Lastly, don't do any block feeding and try not to express as it may make things worse or damage your supply but you could make sure a breast is fully finished before offering the next. If your supply has gone a bit bonkers this can make them windy - some find colief works well for a bit but please be reassured it does pass!
