Help please, First time Mum...Little one sick after every feed...? Normal or not?

First time Mum looking for some advice please... My little one is sick several times after every feed, not projectile but reasonable amount each time, this can be even an hour or 2 after a feed.

She is bottle fed on Apatamil Stage 1, has 2-3oz every 3hrs sometimes 4hrs.
She is now 6 weeks old but was born 6 weeks premature.
HV is keeping close eye on her weight as her weight gain is slow - when born she weighed 4lb and was in 25th centile, she now weighs 5lb 8oz and had dropped to the 2nd centile (So dropped 2 centiles).

She has always been a bit sicky but seems too be getting worse, she has demanding more milk the last week she now has a 3oz bottle as is still hungry after 2oz feed.

She can be difficult to wind but now half of time we get wind up now since using infacol as recommended by HV. After a feed she's will tuck her legs up and make a grunting, groaning sound - when having her on your shoulder winding she will arch her back and bend backwards again making a grunting, groaning noise, she makes this noise randomly through her sleep too.

We have tried infacol, feeding her more upright, keeping her upright for least half hours after feed, not laying her completely flat but nothing seems to help

Is this normal? Is she just a 'Sicky baby' or could it be something else, trapped wind, reflux, colic etc.

I didn’t bottle feed, so there may be a difference, but certainly babies often bring up some milk when they are bringing up air. Mine would sometimes bring up most of a feed. Can you try winding the baby a few times during the feed ? Has anyone shown you how to help your baby burp up trapped air ?

My prem DC had severe reflux combined with cows milk protein allergy. They were breastfed and I had to have an exclusion diet but a special formula is the other option. They also had relux meds (rantitidine).

Are you having breaks to wind during her feed? You could always have a couple of breaks so she isn't drinking too fast..? I didn't bottle feed but with my first dc she used to throw up all her milk after feeding, and scream a lot. I found the best way to minimise the sick was to make sure she spent a good 20mins upright on my shoulder being winded after finishing. Didn't always work and it just took her getting older before it got better. She did also turn out to have a milk protein allergy (now outgrown) which likely contributed to the problem although I didn't know it at the time.
It's very distressing and also disheartening when your baby throws up all their milk and you worry they've not had enough food. It will get easier at some point.
I would maybe talk to people who have bottle fed and know tips for the best milk and types of bottles. There is so much choice, it must be for a reason!

This sounds similar to our DD who suffered with terrible reflux. We tried different milks but in the end the dr prescribed gaviscon and she was like a different baby overnight

Reflux of prematurity? Dts were 9 weeks Prem and had this, thankfully diagnosed in SCBU as it seems to be a ballache to get it diagnosed otherwise. Does she have any other symptoms or just spits up?

Can you try keeping her upright after a feed. At least 20 mins. Tilt the head of wherever she's sleeping or prop with books under the head end. When you make the bottles don't shake, swirl vigorously - seems to get less air in. Feed propped up in the corner or your arm or hand under head facing you as she's still small.
