Please help me with pumping!

I'm currently exclusively pumping breastmilk for my 4-week old, which I feed to him in a bottle. I'm using the Nuby NaturalTouch electric pump with a double pump attachment, which seems to be working OK. It takes about 15 minutes before the flow of milk stops entirely, and I normally yield about 90-180ml in total (45-90ml per breast); I sometimes leave it going for another 5 minutes or so after that just to try and stimulate more production. I do this roughly every 3 hours.

My questions are, is this a good amount to be producing at this stage? And how can I be sure the breasts are actually drained when I finish?

And, importantly, I'm going to need to buy another pump that I can leave at my college when I attend in a couple months time. What is the best/fastest pump available (without spending crazy money - I will likely be buying second hand)? I've been looking at the Medela Pump In Style as it looks really portable with the bag/battery pack etc - does anyone have any experience of this model?

I had thw madela pump as this was the most highly recommended. I found it didn't work as well when using batteries, seemed to pump much better when it was plugged in. (not sure if i was just using dodgy batteries?!). All the accesories you can get for it were really good, especially the freezer bags - these were really handy.

I found the amount i pumped to be really random and sometimes i just couldn't get much out, othertimes I pumped lots very quickly. I found that if i wasn't concentrating on the pumping and watching telly or something I really started to flow!

i did also find with the madela, milk tended to drip down my breast out the funnel so always had a muslin underneath. I don't know if this is the same for most pumps?

I’m using a Spectra S1 - it’s £150 new but is a closed system so safe to buy second hand. It has rechargeable batteries so you can use it cordless and it lasts quite a long time on one charge. I pump 5-10 mins most days and I’ve notcharged mine for about a month and it’s not dead yet.
Those amounts seem good! My twins are 8 wks and for most of that time I have been able to pump about 150ml off right breast and 70 off left in about 5 mins but I think that is partly due to my boobs (definitely no supply problems) as well as the pump as I got similarly good amounts last time with my DD, using a manual pump (took longer though). Also I’m not exclusively pumping, don’t know if that makes a difference.
