How best to do this...

So my 12 week old has become more and more likely to refuse to breastfeed at the strangest times. She screams bloody murder as soon as I even take my bra off. I've tried all positions, all rooms in my house, all everything I have read/been told/heard about and she just decides she doesn't want it. Anyway, I've been using frozen milk and it's been fine but I'm running out of my supply of frozen and struggle to express more than 5oz at a time... SO I've finally given in and given her formula tonight for the first time. My question is: Is it possible to breastfeed through the night if/when she wakes and not during the day? They get very full as it is so I do a little expression when she sleeps, but I've come to terms with maybe having to stop feeding her myself, I've managed longer than I thought I would anyway, I'm just more concerned she stops getting herself so upset when I try to feed her.
I know this is quite jumbled, so any advice is really appreciated.

I've recently gone from exclusive breastfeeding to now just breastfeeding in the evening and at night with formula the rest of the day for my 4 month old. I have had to do it slowly tho as I got very uncomfortably full if I tried to skip too many feeds so I did it one at a time for a few days then dropped the next one etc.
You can express off to reduce the fullness and discomfort if dropping each feed one at a time will take too long for you tho.
I'm not sure what to say about her getting so upset though as it sounds like you've tried everything.
