Dairy free recommendations

Does anyone have any good recommendations for how to get plenty of calcium (and other nutrients you miss out on) into 9-month-old DS and myself? We are both on a dairy-free diet due to DS's allergy, and he is still breastfeeding so no dairy for me either (sobs at the loss of cheese).

I buy fortified milk, cereal, etc, but still concerned that he's going to be missing out on vital nutrients. Any advice appreciated!

I think fish like sardines and pilchards where you eat the bones are a source of calcium. Sesame seeds and nut butters too, I think almond and hazelnut are better for calcium.

Doctors can prescribe calcium for you if you're still BF

I was prescribed calcium but I also tried to use the fortified soya milk in as much as possible - in sauces, when making porridge, pancakes etc. Lots of green veg too like broccoli.
