How can I get enough calcium into DD without dairy?

Help please! DD is 20mo and I'm pregnant with DC2. DD still breastfeeds twice a day, for nap and bedtime, but I'm stopping this ASAP as it has become too painful.

The problem is that even with 2 bfs a day (which were short, more or less just to get her to sleep), the paediatrician said she's not getting anywhere near enough calcium in her diet. She has cow's milk in her porridge which is 2-3 times a week, a scraping of butter on toast, cheese baked in some things, and homemade frozen yoghurt every so often. She doesn't like cows milk to drink or yoghurt (plain/greek with fruit or ones full of flavouring & sugar), and won't even try them anymore. Raw cheese gets spat out. She eats broccoli but not enough for her daily calcium requirements.

What else can I do? We thought about mixing some powdered milk into things she eats but it seems silly. Please say someone has experienced this? What did you do?

She did have suspected cow's milk protein allergy as a small baby but we see no signs of it anymore.

If they won't drink cows.milk how about a nut/rice/coconut/oat milk - they are fortified with calcium, and other bits.

Also keep an eye on vit D intake, it is neccesary for calcium uptake.

I only suggested it because she doesn't like cows milk. Although I think soya milk is grim my dd prefers it.
I think almond milk is lovely (particularly on cocoa) but dd hates it.

Each to their own.

I rely mostly on getting it in food - nuts, green veg, bony oily fish etc. Because dt1 just would not drink enough milk (3 and 1/2 cups to get it and doesn't like cheese either.)

Rice milk not advised for under 5's due to arsenic levels

Ground almonds are a great source of calcium, I used to make up porridge or weetabix with warm milk and ground almonds for my milk avoiding DD and she'd wolf it back. They're naturally quite sweet too.

Thank you to everyone that has posted here! Lots of good ideas, some foods I didn't even know were particularly high in calcium despite having googled a few times.

Sesame has calcium in it, you can try adding tahini paste to cooking. Fortified oat milks to drink if she likes the flavour. Custard? Rice pudding has loads of milk in it. Fish with bones like sardines and canned salmon. My DC is cmpa and under a dietician. It's not difficult to get enough calcium without eating dairy, I was quite surprised how it all adds up.
