7mo feeding schedule

If you bfeed your 7mo on a routine/at same or similar times every day, how often do you feed them?

Am just curious because my almost 7mo has gone from being difficult to feed during the day (very distractible/curious) to being virtually impossible. I have breasts like boulders at bedtime!
I think he tends to get all his milk at bedtime and, ahem, all night long... but I also worry that he's not getting enough.
He's taken to solids well (BLW so I guess it's still really only small quantities) and am paranoid that he's dropping milk feeds too quickly.

Not BF but my FF DS reverse cycled as he started weaning, was not eating much at all but stopped taking bottles much in the day and would feed every 2 hours overnight. It passed but was a worry at the time. I don't know if it was to do with the change in digesting food or what!

Oh and now he still at 9 months has 4 milk feeds a day and two overnight that I haven't tackled yet so he gets enough milk. It was only a week or so if I remember. His sleep went to pot for a few weeks after weaning actually, and has never improved with solids!

Here's what I do with my 7-month old DD. Hope it helps:

07:00 Wake and breastfeed.
10:00 Breastfeed.
12:00 Lunch - solids, with a small breastfeed after.
16:30 Dinner - solids, with a small breastfeed after.
18:45 Breastfeed before bedtime at 19:30.

I've been trying to encourage lots of feeding during the day, so that she doesn't wake from hunger at night. But she still wakes and breastfeeds twice during the night, on average. I try to feed her in quiet (no music/TV) and when we're both comfy and snuggled up on the couch/bed so there are minimal distractions and she feels like she has lots of time.

We're doing BLW too and she eats quite a lot (e.g. ten strawberries plus a 1/4 sweet potato plus gumming a finger of steak until it's dry). Each meal takes about an hour though!
