oversupply issues or reflux?

My 11 week old do is ebf. I had issues with oversupply causing blocked ducts and mastitis (exacerbated by cracked nipples and poor latch). So I fed on just one side per feed. However recenty I felt like things were settling so have been less careful with which side and swapping sides etc.

My dd has always struggled with my letdown but now she is even more fussy on breastfeeding, and been generally more fussy. She has always spat up a bit but the last couple of days has been huge amounts- most of her feed. She does lots of wet and dirty nappies but a couple of green poos recently too. She is gaining very well. She feeds frequently- Feels like if she is awake she wants to feed most of the time. My breasts feel full between feeds still, let down is intense pins and needles, and I leak a lot.
DS was diagnosed with reflux when he was a baby and had gaviscon and ranitidine. But to be honest it didn't make much difference and I wonder if it really was reflux.
So my question is could this be reflux or more like oversupply?

Anyone? She's fussy and just wants to keep feeding but she's being sick again after feeds.

We went through a green poo phase and I had (and still have) an oversupply issue.

I was told the green poo could be from too much foremilk - classic with oversupply as they gulp down huge amounts and don't get the good hind milk as well. I was advised to block feed so just use one side for a set amount of time for any feeds. So for example from 6am - 10am I just used the right, then from 10am - 2pm I used the left.

I also pressed boob into a muslin before a feed to take off some of the pressure so it didn't explode into her mouth which caused a lot of gagging.

I also used to take her off and sit her up mid feed to help her - she used to have to drink it so quickly that she would sometimes be a bit sicky.

The block feeding did help reduce my oversupply a little as well.

Sorry - personal question...has your cycle returned? If so, does she get sick while you have your period?
I ask because my little boy has never been a sicky baby but started bringing up his feed the day before my period returned. Apparently your hormones can cause baby to be mucousy and sicky.

Thanks both. Her reflux has settled a bit since original post, but I'm still spraying milk all over the place on let down!
Noodle i'll try the muslin trick and extending the block feed. How did you avoid blocked ducts on the side you weren't feeding on for 4 hours?
veryhungry no my cycle hasn't returned - hoping it stays that way for some time yet!!

I only ever really had to go to a maximum of 5 hours to get the supply to settle a bit so didn't get blocked ducts really. I did have a couple of issues - but I tended to spot them early and just used very hard (painful) massage whilst feeding from the other side, getting baby to feed a lot from painful side, hot clothes followed by massage and also massage whilst in the shower. A friend advised using Soya Leichtin capsules from Holland and Barrett if it was a recurring issue to help avoid blockages.

I also used breast shells to catch any leakage from the other side (I can leak up to about 2 oz!!
