8 week old fussing at breast

My 8week old is breast fed on demand and sometimes she feeds every 2 hours throughout the day but we also have days where she only has about 7 or 8 feeds. She can go 5 or 6 hours between feeds at night as she sleeps really well from about 7/8 until 11/12 and then until 6 or even 7 sometimes. She also often sleeps for 4 hours over lunchtime. She is a happy baby and has put on 2lbs in the past 2 weeks, she's a big baby in 91st centile for weight.

Feeding seems to have gone really well so far, haven't really had any problems Until recently when she has started to fuss at the breast sometimes, pulling the nipple and seems like she is getting frustrated. She seems to feed best when the breast is really full and the flow is very fast, I assumed that the fussing was because it wasn't quick enough and she was getting annoyed. Could that be the reason and is there anything I can do to help?

I only offer the second breast if she is still asking for food, she normally unlatches and falls asleep. She seems to fuss more when I do offer both breasts. If she drains one then has a short feed on the other, the next feed I start on that breast again and she fusses until I give her the other breast. Should I just continue to give one at a time?

I have a breast pump and wanted to try expressing so I have the option for dh to give her a bottle occasionally. So far I haven't managed to try out the pump as i'm not sure the best time to try expressing. Is there a best time of day? Any advice on how and when to start expressing and try a bottle?
Any advice appreciated.

Not sure about the fussing- I would have said try breast compressions if you though she was getting impatient for letdown.

Expressing I find easiest in the morning- best before DD has woken up but I rarely can be bothered then! Also I found it good to slowly develop how much I was expressing- started with 30ml, eventually worked my way up.

Could it be oral thrush? If she's draining a breast it's probably not but worth checking her mouth!
Morning is best for expressing!

Her tongue is often white after feeding but I assumed it was from the milk, is there a way to tell it's definitely thrush?

She had her vaccinations 2 days ago and has been out of sorts since with terrible wind(can feel it), very sleepy and the fussing is happening more. She was also a little sick a few times yesterday when she is rarely sick. This morning She fed well at 7 but has only fed for a few minutes at a time since, with lots of fussing and crying. She is asleep on my lap at the moment, she seems exexhausted.
Is this just the after effects of the jabs? She doesn't have a temperature.
