If a beaker has been washed and put in the cupboard, do I need to wash it again before sterilising it?

Why do you need to sterilise a beaker? Is it being used for formula? Is your LO under 6 months?

Formula, ten months

Given that your 10 mo is probably putting just about anything and everything into their mouths, it probably won't make much difference. FWIW though I sterilised all of last ds bottles until he was over a year old, but I wouldn't have bothered washing them again before sterilising. Now that he's on cows milk I just wash in hot soapy water. Still using bottles here though I'm a lazy mare and am putting off the transition to milk in a cup

I wouldn't bother sterilising either

I would sterilise, only because it's formula, which needs more caution than cow's milk due to potential bacteria in the powder.

I'm n probably overcautious, though.
