Sports bra?

With a 3yo and 15wo I don't find much time for exercise. I thought of trying a Buggy Movers class in my local park but it's just occurred to me that I don't know what to do bra-wise. I have 36HH boobs which definitely need support and a hungry baby who is bound to want feeding at some point during bus journey/class. Can I get a nursing sports bra?

Or if I express a bottle to take with me, what do I do in terms of transporting it? Take it in a cool bag and try to take it out in advance of a feed to warm up? He's not got any particular pattern or routine so I can't predict feeds!

I'd just wear your normal nursing bra. Mine (Panache Sophie from Bravissimo) were supportive enough (although I didn't do anything particularly jiggly!).

Or you could buy a sports bra and adapt it? I think there are various instructions online for turning a normal bra into a nursing one...

Breast milk can last 6 hours out of the fridge.

I just put mine in a bottle and put the bottle in the side of my bag.

A sports bra doesn't need any adaptation for breastfeeding. Get a stretchy one piece one and pull it down when you need to feed. I only ever used sports bras when I was nursing.
Or you could get this one with a zip

dash I think it depends how big your boobs are. My sports bras (shock absorber running ones) are very snug and supportive, there's no way I could pull it down to release my boob...

Thanks, my sports bra is very tight so definitely wouldn't pull down. I think I need a new one anyway as it's way too snug! I definitely need more support than a normal bra for exercising, there is a lot of...erm... bouncing if I break into a trot!

I worried about carting expressed milk around in this heat really, but I think taking a bottle with me probably would be easiest. Thanks for all the help!

I'm currently a 34 HH and just wear my normal nursing bra for my buggyfit class. The classes are low impact because they're designed for post natal women so I don't find I jiggle too much!

Have a look at the Enell sports bra. It has hook and eye fasteners on the front which would allow access for feeding.
