What are best bottles to buy for baby

My baby isn't due for a while but I want to start looking into getting good bottles what are ppls choices xxx

Are you planning on bfing as well at all? Lots of people I know recommend tommee tippee if so. it is the only one we've had any luck with.

If solely ff I think they tend to be less picky as they aren't used to the bfing mouth position.

Depends on the baby, depends of whether you are bf or ff or mix feeding.

We used, and liked, Medela Calma (bf) NUK (ff) First Choice (glass) with latex teat and Mimijumi (mix feeding).

I have Tommee Tippee. What I like is that all their bottles and cups mix with all tops (teats and water bottle spouts etc).

They also lasted a LOT longer than the Avent ones we had which cracked akong the bottom.

Wide neck because when you stop using bottles, they're handy as measuring devices. 8 fl oz is one american "cup" so useful for recipes you find online.

I bought these as the price was too good to ignore

I used Tommee Tippee but to be honest after a while I just went with Tesco wide neck bottles and teats.

I tried avent and tommee tippee etc but my DD (8months) loves the Disney ones in the poundshop...

We loved dr browns on both dc after trying tommee tippee first then moving on to dr browns.

I recommend minijumi for breastfed babies but they can't be microwave sterilised which is a bit of a faff. Tommee Tippee are good if you want ones that are easier to sterilise.

My bf baby likes mothercare own brand...wish I'd not spent the money on calma etc!

Love Dr Browns, great for reducing wind etc. Both ebf babies had no issues taking them. They are a pain in the ass to clean though.

We have tommee tippee. We got them initially as we were also BFing, and we got the starter pack that came with the steriliser etc. We've never had any bother with them, and it's easy to make a feed as the bottles are wide neck. There's a good range of accessories too.

DS took to dr. Browns after rejecting Phllips Avent and Nuk. Think it depends on the baby.
