EBF dropping centiles

DS was born at 8lb4oz which is the 75th centile. He stayed perfectly on that curve until 8weeks when he began slowly dropping down the graph. He's now 20weeks and about halfway between the 25th and 50th centiles.
DS has been baby led exclusively breast fed since birth.
The health visitor is very unconcerned and DS fine in himself. I know the charts are just a guide but I'm still a bit worried because if he carries on along this trend it won't be long before he starts losing weight.
He's only ever had 1 length measurement which was at 8weeks and was 60cm which is 75th centile.
Is there anything I can do to increase his weight or should I just leave him be? x

He's only crossed one centile line, and the HV is unconcerned - he doesn't sound anywhere near losing weight to be honest!

Ways to increase weight gain - offering frequent feeds, switch feeding/offering at least both sides every feed, breast compressions, co-sleeping with lots of night feeds.

My DS was born on the 75th centile but quickly dropped to the 50th and sometimes he is below it too. He just bobs along.

How often is he being weighed?

My DD crossed 2 lines. My HV is also a bit panicky and insisted on her being weighed weekly after the first line. She dropped to the second snd they suggested formula top ups or early weaning. I got really angry at that point so made sure I fed DD every 2 hours at least. Took fenugreek as well.

I wouldn't worry at this point though.

My baby was born on the 9th, spent most of the following 12 weeks hovering around the 0.4th and then two weeks later suddenly jumped to almost the 9th again. I worried a lot but I think he was fine, he was always v alert and active.

Have you had any other issues with breastfeeding? Like tongue tie for example? If you're concerned then ask for his head circumference to be measured (they will have done it at birth) as this is a more reliable indicator of growth problems.

Ds was born 91st centile and dropped to 2nd centile sometime between 4 and 7 months. At the time he was referred but declared just a small baby. He was tongue tied and cut at 4 weeks but I think it might have reformed and been impacting his ability to get what he needed from breastfeeding, as he's now a toddler and heading back up the centile chart.
