Healthy midnight snacks whilst breastfeeding

I'm finding that I'm ravenous with hunger during the night feeds and would really like some suggestions for healthy snacks I can take to bed with me so I don't have to keep traipsing downstairs to the fridge.

So far I'm just snacking on a banana which is fine but I could eat a whole bunch. Would really like to just eat cereal bars but they're full of sugar.

Anyone got any suggestions they can share?

Thanks to the poster who suggested malt loaf, it was just the ticket last night!

Not quite sure how it rates on 'healthyness' but I often get husband to heat up a whole tin of rice pudding last thing at night....

First time around I had little cartons of milkshake as I thought it would supply extra fluid plus a bit of sugar and a bit of protein plus not as much contact with teeth.
This time around (well nearly a year ago with newborn DC2) I found water was enough at night then pigged out all day and still scored a root canal from pg lemon water craving ffs

These biscuits are super easy and no refined sugar. If you have a food processor.

1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 walnuts
1 cup dates
1/2 tbsp ground ginger

Blend it all up and bake for 20 mins until slightly crunchy on the outside.

I remember one morning at about 3:45am moaning to dp that I was hungry and when he asked what I wanted I told him a double cheeseburger. He was very close to getting up to go and fetch one until I realised IWBU!

I used to get through a box of ritz crackers every two or three nights for the first few weeks. Ten weeks in now and I'm down to just water in the night

LahI've just eaten a load of cherry tomatoes whilst breast feeding, and have stash of the r healthy banana flapjacks someone mentioned in the freezer. Had to freeze them as I kept eating them thru the day they were that tasty!

2 bananas
200g oats
170g chopped dates (I used figs as I didn't have dates)
80ml flaxseed oil (I used ground nut oil as didn't have flax)

Lash it all together in a bowl, leave for five mins for the oats to soak up the fluid then spread out on a grease proof lined baking tray and bake for about 20 mins at 180º.

I added in a small grated Apple and some seeds I had lying around for extra crunch. They were amazing and I scoffed about half immediately very healthy
