Er....no! Could it be any more obscure

Seriously, the ounces of milk will be the same ounces as the yog....a ton of feathers weighs the same as a ton of lead, yer know

I think you are meaning in terms of calcium, or protein, or summat....yes?

Take a look at the nutritional info table on a carton of milk, and compare it with the same on a carton of the other stuff. In my fridge I have full fat milk (Calcium per 100ml = 120mg) low fat yogurt (Ca/100ml = 176mg) and full fat goat's milk yogurt (Ca/100ml = 159mg).

lotsalove, Joey.

Hi Melsy,
Not sure if this actuaslly answers your question or not,but it might be useful.I found it in a weaning book last night.

'these foods all contain 350mg of calcium'
300ml (3.5oz) milk
75g (3oz) cheddar or other hard cheese
175g (7oz) yogurt
250g (10oz) bread
50g (2oz) sardines.

Hope it helps-in the past I always assumed that 20z yogurt equals 2oz milk ect,as it is just the same stuff basically, but not sure if this is right or not.
