sterilising cup and spoon for colief when out and about

Hi, after some advice please.

I breastfeed my 8 week old exclusively on demand. She isn't gaining weight well so have been told to give her colief before every feed. Apparently this should stop her being sick as she is quite a sicky baby. I give by hand expressing small amount of milk into a little tub, add colief, then give baby on a plastic tea spoon. I steralise these in a Milton bucket.

What if I am out all day? how would I keep them sterile? Do I need to? Was thinking if putting some Milton in a airtight packed lunch box and carrying spoon and tub in that, but would be heavy to lug about, anyone got a better idea? Thanks.

I don't think you need to sterilise, there was a thread about it on here once, i'll try and find it. I used to sterilise the calpol spoon for my dd, then stopped thanks to the revealing thread...
