Help - oversupply? And engorgement at 4 weeks.

Please help, I'm suffering terribly with engorgement. My poor dd finds it almost impossible to latch and it just gets worse as feeds go badly. She gets put off by even a small amount of engorgement so this much is awful.
Tonight I've expressed a fair amount off (using a Medela Swing) just to get her able to latch. I also used heat which I now think (finally had 5 mins to research) was the wrong thing to do.
She hasn't fed since just after 6 and my breasts are getting very hard again already. We are both miserable. What should I do?

Google reverse pressure softening. Has anyone checked for tongue tie? I think it's more likely she's unable to remove the milk and so you're getting engorged rather than a true oversupply.

The midwife told me to get a hot clean flannel and use it to soften by boobs for a few mins before feeding. I also got in the habit of pinching my nipple behind the areole (like holding a fag between my fingers) to latch. This is still very early days so do persist. No amount of online research us as helpful as sitting down with a good breast feeding professional/supporter. Some are better than others so go to as many nct or la leche league etc meetings you can for personal support.
