Help - how to boost milk supply after illness

I am slowly starting to recover from a nasty bout of tonsilitis which has meant I have been able to eat hardly anything and only drink a small amount for the last 3 days. I am breastfeeding my 5 week old and my breasts are very obviously less full than they were last week. Also, I express 4 oz every morning, which normally takes 5 minutes to get from one breast but has been taking 30 minutes to get from both breasts the last couple of days. I am trying to get as much rest as I can but since I also have a 4 year old and an 18 month old, my opportunities are limited.

Now that I am starting to feel a bit better and am able to eat a little, is there anything I can do to boost my milk supply back up?

Thanks

You need to stimulate your boobs into thinking baby is going on a growth spurt to get your supply up. Pumping every couple of hours should help and within a couple of days you should get the results. Apparently early hours of the morning is when the hormone is released into your body the most to create milk - so if you can do a 2am pumping session that might help as well - thats if sleep is not more important!!
