hi all
sadly after 15 weeks i have come off of breast feeding as my latch was so bad it was causing wind :(
so am on tommee tippee bottles- little man still has wind (I think its reflux but thats a whole different thread!!!) so have gone for the cloic plus bottles (wth the tube) and a comfort formula,,,, but how do you get the powder in the bottle with that wheel thing in??!!!! it seems bonkrs to sterilise the bottle and then remove it (even with clean hands) put the powder in and mix..... surely there must be a way of getting the powder in without taking the tube out?
sorry to sound dumb but i was using the ready made milk before which was easy to pour straight in. i dont think th comfort formula comes in ready made.....

I'm afraid I have no idea, but I just wanted to say these anti colic TT bottles are usually in the baby section in TK Maxx for a cheaper price than RRP :)
And Aldi have 2-packs of the regular TT closer to nature bottles for £1.99 instead of nigh on a tenner.

Why don't you sterilise a plain bottle, mix the formula up in that, then pour it into the TT bottle.

Hi Zuleika

I thought of that but its still a bit messy- worried bout night feeds!! think i'll have to give it a go though! I can't really see what other way to do it! I thought about a sterilised jug in the day but not ideal! I'm sure TT must have thought of this with these bottles! I can't be the only one!

Well, the Closer To Nature bottles are designed to be used alongside breastfeeding. You could try different bottles?
