Tonight I wil be giving DD her last ever Breastfeed

After 3 years

I'm done - we have a plan (Rapunzel cup) and lots of distractions

I hope there won't be too many tears

Mumsnet was a huge source of support for me in the very early weeks and months and here we are 3 years later

My DD is 19 months and I feel ready to stop BFing. It's the 5am feed that's making me feel this way - I want sleep! No idea how to stop though, at 5am I have no desire to get up and distract her with food and water.

We relapsed over the weekend and he had a few feeds but now none for 3 days again. Mainly based on my willpower; I certainly cave in at 5-6 am easily!
