help! floppy nipples causing latch problems

I'm bf my 4 week DD1 and often having a problem getting her to latch on, particularly in the evening when she cluster feeds and my breasts and nipples get softer and floppy. She gets frustrated and wiggles around and slides off my nipple. Normally latch is good (when breasts are firmer) and I've checked her for wind and don't think it's the reason for the wriggling...
It sometimes helps to sort of squish my breast up with one hand to make it firmer - but that leaves me with wrist pain and arm ache (and no spare arm!)
Argh help!

You could try an exadurated latch (sorry I can't spell tonight). You take your hand and with one finger on the outside and the rest of them towards the middle of your breast, making the nipple stick out more while baby latches on. remove hand once baby is on.
You mite want to look on you tube for some videos i'm not very good at describing it.
Don't hold your breast while feeding it can cause blocked ducts.

It could be you just need to adjust you're hold of baby at that time of night. You need to bring baby up to the nipple no matter where it hangs. We call it the angle of dangle.
