Can I use antiseptic mouthwash when Breastfeeding?

I have a sore tongue. Not sure what's up but have a drs appointment on wed. I suspect oral thrush or something similar.
I have some antiseptic mouthwash my mil gave me. It says it can be used to treat oral thrush amongst other things so wanted to give it a try but as with all things like this it says to ask a dr if Breastfeeding before you use it. It states in the instructions not to swallow it so it's really just to rinse my mouth.

The name on the bottle is Chlorhexidine Gluconate. Anyone know if it is safe to use? Tia Smile

Info on Chlorhexidine here (obv. you just want the info on the mouth rinse bit!).

EVERYTHING says ask a doctor if you're breastfeeding. I think it's one of the things that puts people off breastfeeding tbh. I reckon that if something really shouldn't be taken while breastfeeding - such as aspirin, or decongestants - the packaging says Do Not Use while breastfeeding - whilst everything else just says to consult your doctor (so I don't worry and just go ahead!).

Chlorohexidine is absolutely fine - it's recommended for bleeding gums during/after pregnancy. Makes everything you eat/drink for the next few hours taste vile though.
