HERE

Not quite sure how to react to it. I'm sure it's been edited poorly, but it's misleading/possibly wrong...

Esther not having 'enough milk' for her twins, clean water being the difference between 'proper' milk or solids for her twins... Is the implication that clean water makes Esther able to produce more milk herself (not scientifically correct), or that clean water means she can make formula safely?

What do people think?

I complained.

I wasn't happy with Oxfam's response but I don't have the energy to take it further.
There is a facebook group oxfam ad

Ah yes, I see on further research that I'm late to the party on this one! I only saw the ad this morning and it actually made me feel a bit ill...

Everytime I see it, my dp looks at me and says "don't start!". Stupid ad.

Mombo That is how I felt. I on't tend to actually complain about ads because I'm lazy but this one made me mad.

Formerly just last weekend I re vented my anger at aid organisations to my partner who foolishy said but if the mum is staving then giving the baby formula will help. To which I pointed out if you just feed the mother she can feed the baby.

I saw a thread about this on another forum. Oxfam sent a response which makes a bit more sense but is not really how their advert comes across
