well my little one and I both have a D and V bug which is making us both weak and miserable!

She is sleeping most of the day so not feeding and when she does feed it's only for a few minutes as compared to her usual 20 mins plus per feed.

My milk supply seems to have dropped - I'm getting worried that when she does get better my milk would have dried up.

Will this actually happen? What can I do to make sure this doesn't happen?

how old is she? my experience has been that supply was fine once dcs were better. and when I've got sick after them I just had to work at staying

Supply will increase again as baby demands. Drink loads and offer baby breast often. How miserable for you both. Get well soon!

Keep the fluids going into you. Keep putting her on. I lost a stone with a diarrhoea and vomiting bug, and in the end had to stop bf to take an antiemetic/antidiarroeal that would have made him sick as it would pass through the milk. I kept expressing at regular times and after a few days I got him back on and continued for another six months or so until we were ready to stop. It won't dry up if you keep stimulating production, and taking fluids on board. It is tough but keep with it and keep washing your hands loads or you will keep passing the bug back and forth. If she is not responding or listless you need to see the doctor quickly.

hydrated. but that was with babies a good few months old, I am lucky not to have any experience of this with littles.

d&v is awful tho. my top tip is towels. layer several over the cot/bed to make clearing up much easier. hope you're both well soon.

She is only 10 weeks so I've been panicking a bit as she was in scbu after birth and I'm worried she will be so dehydrated that she will need a drip again, which is nightmare!!

Thanks for all your posts by the way!!!

You will know if she is dehydrated so stop worrying. And the great thing is that as quickly as they go downhill at that age, they bounce right back again once they get the fluids back into them. Look after yourself.
