blog post here

not sure if everyone will have seen this fab blog post :)

anyone fancy joining in here?

I'm 30, still bfing my 31 month old toddler and 38 weeks pg with DC2. I work part time as a research scientist (which is about 99% less exciting than it sounds :o) and have done since DS was 7 months old. I didn't plan to extended bfeed, it just sort of happened... but I love that extra cuddle in the morning with my boy, especially as he is growing up so fast now!

sooo adding!! Just looking for a good pic. I love this post, hopefully it'll inspire more women to do it

Just to say thank you so much for discussing and contributing to this post! It has been a real success and I am just about to upload the 100th picture! It really is great to see so many fab women standing together and normalising nursing beyond one.
Thanks again!

It's a great blog and post

I'm on there now. Bloody awful picture and I wish I had written my email better but hey never mind. You can guess who I am because of the name

pookamoo · 21/05/2012 23:48

I'm sending a pic!

friedrice · 22/05/2012 07:30

Such an inspiring blog! I've only been BFing for 3 months, and reading that is just what I need! Thanks

Jeremy vine at 1:30 talks about extended feeding. Have tweeted him the blog.

TupperwareTwat · 23/05/2012 09:47

I was just about to start a thread about this, because I'm beaming that my photo and bio has been included! :o

Come on, ladies, join the gang and send yours in too! :o

SparklyRedShoes · 23/05/2012 09:53

I wish I'd had the guts to do this with my children. I stopped BF my 1st at 14 mths and 2nd at 8mths. Mostly through pressure from other people and family.

I think you ladies are very intuitively switched-on and I commend you for doing what's best for your DC's and yourselves.
