Hi all, can you recommend a bottle warmer that will take Avent and Dr Browns bottles please? Also if you have bought a disappointing brand let me know.
TIA

I think they are all rubbish. I either took the chill off using the microwave (and shaking well to get rid of hot spots) or used hot water from the kettle in a bowl and put the bottle in it. Actually with ds I went against the guidelines and added powder to cooled boiled water when each feed was due and used it immediately without warming.

Why are they rubbish? Microwave is not an option at night as it is at the other side of the house. To start with, I's rather follow the guidelines, hence preparing bottles in advance, store in special bag with ice pack and heat when needed.

We have one of these bottle warmers Philips Avent Digital Bottle Warmer

We use Medela bottles, but as it's Philips Avent branded, I'd expect it to take Avent bottles. You can't use it when holding a baby, as you have to press the buttons quite hard to set it, but it does have a very helpful timer which beeps when the milk's ready. And it automatically turns itself off when the timer beeps.

We also had a Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Electric Bottle Warmer, but that stays on forever unless you turn it off at the wall, and I kept forgetting. And it took so long with refrigerated milk that it wasn't any faster than boiling a little water and standing the bottle in that.

Thank you for the advice. We bought a cheap microwave from Tesco instead.
