Hello all,
I have just realised (DD 3 weeks old) that the painful, squirming, windy tummy aches she gets every now and then may be down to the foods I eat. D'oh, I know. I haven't had much in the way of cabbage or melon since I started bfing, and generally eat anything and everything. Is there anything in particular that you have learned to avoid to dodge windiness?
