I'm just curious as I'm weaning DD at the moment.
Loads of people advocated BF to me as a way of shifting the baby weight, but does that mean that you have to be careful when stopping? Am I going to have to cut out the calories I would have been using to produce milk? (I've been going to SW since January and lost two and a half stone and I'm going to be gutted if it starts to pile back on again.) 
On the other hand someone told me the other day that she was looking forward to stopping as she just couldn't shift the last bit of pg weight - she felt that she was retaining it because of the BF.
Anyone noticed any discernable difference either way when they've stopped BF?
