'When in doubt' I always say. It isn't worth the hassle and the guilt if baby has a reaction to it - which you would probably never know whether it was to the milk or if it would have happened anyway - like chucking, or not sleeping, or being whingey. So bite it and chuck it out would be my vote.

I know how you feel......
I think I would chuck it..... but I know this stinks !

I knocked mine all over the work top as i was picking it up to put the lid on! very frustrating!!
I agree that your liquid gold needs to be chucked. 6 hrs at room temp.

beccaroll if you live near me it is definitely ok to use. It's BALTIC here in the west of Scotland

Beccaroll - ouch, that hurts doesn't it? I've done it myself and find the best remedy is to shout at my partner to make myself feel better Also once after expressing at work I knocked the whole bottle over and 6oz went all over the loo floor. I still wonder if any of my colleagues were in there to hear my muttered curses as I mopped the mess up!

Having said this - depending on the temperature in your kitchen - I might have risked the milk. Our kitchen is absolutely freezing over night - and I have heard that milk is ok for 8 hours at room temperature, so probably ok for longer in a very cold room. But better safe than sorry, I know.
