I'm 25 weeks pregnant and my boobs are leaking every now and then with clear liquid (I'm assuming it's collustrum stuff?). My questions is - will there be enough left when she actually pops?! Is there a limited amount of collustrum before actual breast milk?

No it just comes until baby drinks it & the sucking stimulates the milk production( that's my understanding of the process anyway!)

Don't worry, you'll keep producing collostrum. Your milk won't come in until your baby is born. Only annoying thing is you'll need to wear breast pads now.

Your milk 'coming in' will be triggered by the removal of the placenta after your baby is born.

You'll keep producing colostrum - I speak as someone who is 32 weeks and has been leaking since 20 weeks! Your 'real' milk tends to come in 3 to 5 days after you give birth.

phew! thought I might run out and baby wouldn't get any (it's supposed to be good for them right? or is that something I've dreamt?!)
