so
how does sh give these to ds, just pop into steraliswd bottle & warm to ok temp for baby or does it need to be nuked & left to cool?
Please excuse total ignorance....

How old is your baby?

Regardless, you just need to empty the cartons into clean (not necessarily sterile) bottles. Presumably they haven't been chilled, so no need to warm.

For 9 hours you'll need around 9oz/250ml, so it sounds like you have more than enough ebm.

The ready made cartons are ready to feed so you can serve at room temp or warm slightly.

It's easy to overfeed a baby from a bottle because they like to keep sucking, so maybe tell your DH to only offer 2 or 3oz at a time and then give the baby a dummy or take him out for a walk - if he presents him with a 7oz bottle he's likely to glug the lot and then be very uncomfortable!

Agree with Rita, my dd guzzles from bottles and when she was younger she would drink and drink then be sick.

You don't have to warm the milk at all, whether its formula from a carton or expressed milk. Room temp is fine. My dd takes expressed milk straight from the fridge.
