Having difficulty introducing bottle to BF baby.

We've started introducing one bottle a day to our 5 wk old baby, and we've been using Aptamil so far with a newborn teat on an Avent bottle. Prior to this, we had tried anti colic Closer to Nature bottles with a slow teat, but she was choking and coughing after a few sucks as she's got quite a strong suck so we find the newborn teat better.
We had been giving the bottle to her as her last feed before bed, and she usually starts off well and takes up to 50ml happily, before spitting the teat out and roaring and appearing windy almost immediately. It's then very hard to get her to settle again, and she usually splutters her way through another 40-60ml max after that but sometimes she won't take anymore at all. She's then still hungry and rooting, and I usually have to resort to BF then to finish the feed and settle her down, which I didn't want to do as thought it'd confuse matters more, but it's a case of having to as it seems to ease the windiness too.
We've been adding Infacol to the milk, and taking breaks to wind her as we go along with the feed, but she still appears to be in pain with wind for ages afterwards with her legs drawn up, crying and moaning and kicking out with her legs.
Any ideas please as to what else we can try? Could it be the formula she's on or maybe the teat or bottle? I tried feeding her at lunchtime today with the bottle to see if she was more settled than in the evening, but she actually took less than other days, and rejected the bottle almost immediately. I'd like to persevere with the bottle for now as I feel it must be a matter of time until she gets used to the bottle hopefully- how long did it take for anyone elses baby to enjoy taking a bottle?

It?s hard to know whether it?s a bottle issue or a milk issue really ? have you tried ebm in a bottle? That might find out which it is and then you can experiment with bottles/ teats / formula as necessary?
