runny poo

don't know if this is the right place to ask, and i can't get my head around all the abbreviations, (sorry!) but please advise/reassure me:
my baby is 11 weeks old and entirely breast fed. she was induced at 36 weeks because she was small, but weighed 2260g when born. she's generally been fine: gaining weight, mostly happy etc, seems to get a bit colicky at times maybe, but no real concerns. continuing along the bottom percentile line on the grow charts.
her poo is very runny. she doesn't go every day, but when she does she fills her nappy with poo that has the consistency of double cream (it's yellowish-brown coloured though). yesterday she did this 4 times. she's distressed by having a dirty nappy, but otherwise seems unbothered.
should i be concerned???
thank you

Completely normal. That's the way bf poos are while they are ebf.

And it's normal for them not to like being in a dirty nappy. My dd would always want to be cleaned after an explosion a poo. No harm in that at all.

And the frequency is completely individual. Some bf babies can go for days without pooing. My own was 3 a day.

It all changes again when solids are introduced. Both the texture and the frequency. Although my dd never liked soiling her nappy and now she uses the potty for all poos. Great not to get a surprise when I open her nappy!

So don't worry, what you've described sounds perfect.

Sorry about the abbreviation. Ebf is exclusively breast fed or as you said yourself entirely breast fed.
