10 week old suddenly refusing bottle - advice?

My 10 week old is EBF but I am keen for her to take a bottle occasionally to give me a break and also so my husband can feed her. We introduced a bottle with expressed milk at 5 weeks and she took it fine then - she has been given a bottle of expressed 1-2 times a week since then. However I have struggled to find time to express so we haven't really given one for a fortnight now - discovered at the weekend she now won't take it and just screams when we try to give it to her.

I know we should have tried to give bottles a bit more frequently but I have struggled with finding time to express and it's been a bit stressful to be honest- though my reward has been a weekly swim and hour or two of me-time which is all I want really! I also have a hen night in a few weeks time which I was really looking forward to - feel a bit stressed and stuck now.

Ideas for how we might encourage our daughter to take a bottle again would be very welcome. Part of me says I should just give up and accept that she can only be breastfed from now on, especially given i find expressing such hard work, but at the same time I have been feeling so drained and exhausted that being able to escape for a couple of hours a week has really helped me to recharge... and then there's the hen night!

Any ideas really welcome- thank you so much

dd refused Tommee Tippee and Avent ones so I chose one with a completely different teat - MAM. She loved it and bf mostly but took the Mam bottle easily to give me a break. You can get them online or in most Boots stores. I personally think they are much nicer than the "popular" brands and really am not sure why they're not a top seller as they're great for colic too. Some people don't like the fact they go into a few pieces but I actually loved it as I could clean them easily.

Good luck
