I want to get my friend a feeding cushion but not sure which one to go for. These are the ones I have heard of but feel free to add any others.

Widgey

Wynnie

Plushy Moon

Original Theraline

Theraline Big Nursing Pillow

V cushion

A lot of people have said to me that the Widgey is too high and the normal v cushion too low.

Have also been told about:

Babydan Nursing Pillow

Thrupenny Bits

Summer Infant Nurse EZ Plus

I have a big pillow from mothercare, it's like a double length normal pillow. It was cheaper than others.
It's lovely and comfy, and easy to feed with. My only criticism is that the cover is rubbish and needs safety pins to hold it on properly.

£10 Dunelm v-shaped pillow. Still going strong to prop up 7mo DD2 (DC3) 5 years later.

I like the look of this: Mothercare Closer Feeding Pillow

I've also read good things about the 'My Brest Friend'

I think the Mothercare one looks a bit more comfortable (higher up for young babies and then lowered as the baby grows). However, it's not as 'convenient' as the 'Brest Friend' - you can actually get up with the pillow still on you (to answer the phone or door).

What do you think would be the better option?

I have that Mothercare one and did not get on with it all. Too high with both cushions in, too low with just one, and too short. A v shaped pillow is a much better idea. I soon dumped the pillow anyway.

I have a vshaped one but tbh I didn't use it all that much for feeding. However it is used now to prop my son up.

I can't recommend the My Brest Friend feeding pillow highly enough.
The strap around your waist is so useful.

I used it until my son was about 4 months old, at which point a pillow wasn't really necessary anymore as he was so big!
