Water temperature when making up formula... again

So sorry, I know this has been done to death before, but I am too tired to do a proper search. I know the water temperature when making up formula must be no less than 70 degrees, but can I prepare it with freshly boiled water, without leaving it to cool? I assume the bacteria in the powder would be killed by using freshly boiled water, is there any reason why the guidelines state that the water must be left to cool? It's so impractical to leave the water to cool for 30 mins.

TIA

Yes, fine to use water hotter than 70c. There has been some suggestion that boiling hot water will damage nutrients in the formula but I've also seen someone say only vitamin C is slightly effected, so it's not an issue.
