Friend's baby has colic, her DP is away and she needs dr brown bottles. None in local tesco, anyone know if other supermarkets do 'em?

We're in N Manc if that helps.

Any other colic tips? We escaped it luckily so I'm bugger all use to her.

We are fetching her wine too, obv ;)

TIA

wait til morning and get some from boots or somewhere

i very, very much doubt that it will suddenly b e cured this evening bt a new bottle!

she has my sympathies tho, because colic is terrible. ds2 was awful with it

Why Doc Browns bottles?

I think all Avent are anti-colic and Tommee Tippee closer to nature ones too.

Infacol drops are good and are available in most superarkets.

FWIW I think that DR Browns are not widely available but they do have them in Boots/TKMaxx and Mothercare in our area.

We found infacol excellent for ds1. Got through bottles of the stuff. Didn't work for ds2 though, but he had other bowel problems so screamed lots anyway.

It is awful. We also found that taking the baby out in the car worked to get them off to sleep. We did lots of 2am driving.

Get her some infacol in the meantime, or if you have a late chemist, get coleif - saved my life, but then get on prescription as is about ten pounds a bottle! But it blinking well works!
