Question about water for bottle feeding

OK, so if the bottles are made up in advance they have to be kept in the fridge to stop bacteria festering and then you warm the bottle up just before feeding...

What if you just leave the cooled boiled water in the bottles and only add the formula just before feeding - can the water be kept by the bed at room temp, top sealed, etc. or is this just as dangerous as leaving made-up milk at room temp until needed?

It's a theory dh has but I'm not entirely convinced...

Yes you can - I did that and none of my boys came to any harm

Yes, absolutely fine to do that - it's only when it's made up milk that it's a breeding ground for germs.

hurrah - thank you!!
