ductal thrush: can I pump and store milk?

Or will it re-infect us both later?
I'm on a week's worth of fluconazole and DS has nystatin drops (which makes him pull the most offended face I've ever seen). I'm also pumping a couple of ounces a day to store so I have a 'going back to work' stash for when I do that, starting 1st week Sept.

One book (the food of love, I think) said not to store the milk as it could reinfect us both. A lactation consultant who runs our new mum's group said that the milk wouldn't be a problem, and I could pump and freeze as usual.

Obviously I want to continue building my stash, but I'm damned if I'm going to knowingly risk getting thrush in my breasts again. Anyone know a definite answer?

lots of advice here: kellymom.
The picture is unclear but personally I wouldn't risk it.

Thanks -
I don't think it's worth the risk either - I imagine I can build up enough of a stash in a week - certainly easier than getting this again.
